May 16, 2026, was all about running, an unforgettable atmosphere, and a great turnout at the Strachan Run. Although the weather wasn’t exactly on our side – it was raining, it was cold, and the courses turned into one big muddy mess – it didn’t deter our runners. A total of 310 runners lined up at the start, and although no one crossed the finish line with clean sneakers, there was certainly no shortage of smiles and fighting spirit.
Our youngest runners, numbering 129, tackled courses ranging from 250 to 1,200 meters and put on incredible performances in the mud. The remaining 181 adult runners, meanwhile, pushed themselves to the limit in truly challenging conditions on two courses: the short Vidla course, 8.3 km long, and the long Havran course, 12.8 km long. Everyone showed true sportsmanship and handled the difficult terrain with ease. Thank you all for your fantastic participation and the energy you brought to the course. We warmly congratulate the winners on their fantastic results.
